Open the appointment on the Calendar and click "Open chart", or open a patient's profile and start one from the Notes tab. Tap injection sites on the face map, set units and lot numbers, fill the notes, add photos and consent, then Sign & lock. A summary is automatically saved to the patient's GHL timeline.
